Founder of Dental Compliance Institute. My career in dentistry began as a dental hygienist over 40 years ago. Since that time, I expanded beyond the four walls of an operatory into risk management and compliance.

I completed my healthcare risk management training and licensure while working in medicine where I gained boots on the ground risk management and regulatory experience. Now I focus solely on developing and supporting compliance talent in dentistry through the Dental Compliance Institute. DCI was born out of a gap I experienced in dentistry as compared to our counterparts in medicine.

For 11 years now, DCI has offered train-the-trainer compliance programs along with a vibrant community of compliance-minded peers and dental innovators. Our training programs bear the Quality Matters™ mark of distinction. Our community offers various professional emphasis groups for advanced support and networking. And best of all, DCI augments—not replaces—a practice’s current compliance program.
