Leslie Canham is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant with over 48 years of experience in dentistry. Leslie sought to continue her career by exploring the continuing education needs of dental personnel. Her research led to OSHA compliance training for dental offices. Dentists, astounded by Leslie's expertise began referring their colleagues to her. Soon her outstanding reputation spread throughout the dental community. Leslie's OSHA compliance seminars have become very popular, with encore presentations being scheduled years in advance. Leslie has added Infection Control, Dental Practice Act, HIPAA, and Accommodating Special Needs Patients to her list of outstanding seminars.

Leslie is authorized by the Department of Labor as an OSHA Outreach Trainer in General Industry Standards. Her memberships include:

Leslie is currently a moderator on DentalTown.com's Infection Control forum. Leslie's involvement on committees include: DANB infection control examination construction committee, OSAP Symposium planning committee, and the American Dental Association Dental Team Member Advisory Panel. She has served as President, Treasurer and Employment Chairperson of the San Fernando Valley Dental Assistants Association; Benevolence Chairperson of the Southern California Dental Assistants Association and State Director of the San Fernando Valley Dental Assistants Association serving the California Dental Assistants Association.
